Program Components
1. Body Composition Analysis with InBody™
State-of-the-art body composition assessments are conducted using InBody™ technology to provide a detailed breakdown of fat mass, muscle mass, and overall health metrics.
Monthly InBody™ scans allow clients to track their progress beyond the scale, focusing on meaningful improvements in body composition.
2. Movement Assessments with Kinotek® Technology
Certified trainers at Contemporary Athlete utilize KINOTECH technology to perform in-depth movement assessments, evaluating mobility, flexibility, strength, and functional movement patterns.
Clients attend a MAPS meeting every 90 days to refine and optimize their movement strategies.
3. Personalized Nutrition Programs
Intensive nutrition plans are developed by the obesity medicine specialist, tailored to each client’s metabolic profile and weight management goals.
These plans incorporate evidence-based strategies, such as meal timing, macronutrient balance, and portion control, to complement the use of weight management medications.
4. Integration of Weight Management Medications
Clients prescribed GLP-1 receptor agonists or other weight management medications receive close monitoring to optimize their response to treatment.
The program’s emphasis on preserving skeletal muscle mass ensures that weight loss is primarily from fat, minimizing the risk of muscle loss associated with rapid weight reduction.
Clients meet with obesity medicine providers through Six Pillars Health for an initial appointment to discuss medical history, nutrition history, physical activity history, review recent lab work, evaluate for metabolic disease, and discuss options for weight management medications if applicable.
Follow-up appointments are scheduled every 4 weeks to ensure continuous progress and support.
5. Personal Training Sessions and Accountability
Highly skilled personal trainers design individualized exercise programs to support muscle preservation and overall fitness.
Programs include strength training, functional exercises, and cardiovascular conditioning tailored to each client’s fitness level and goals.
Each client is assigned a coach who checks in weekly for accountability, offering guidance, motivation, and support throughout their journey.
